Two Afghan Muslim migrants rape 16-year-old girl on city street

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

“Two Afghans Arrested for Raping 16-Year-Old on German City Street,” by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, September 19, 2017 (thanks to the Geller Report):

Two Afghan asylum seekers were arrested for the brutal rape, and a third for attempted rape, of a 16-year-old girl in the Bavarian town of Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn just south of Munich.

The pair of asylum seekers, aged 27 and 17, are said to have met the girl on Friday night along with others who gathered in front of a local asylum shelter. The pair, along with an 18-year-old Afghan male, walked the girl to a nearby train station where the 27-year-old and 17-year-old took turns raping her, Der Spiegel reports.

The 18-year-old Afghan asylum seeker also attempted to rape the girl but before he could a local resident appeared and scared the three migrants away.

Shortly after the incident, police engaged in a major search for the suspects deploying a helicopter on the scene. The men were arrested shortly thereafter.

The 16-year-old victim of the attack suffered injuries but was not hospitalised as a result of the assault.

The rape is the latest in Bavaria after a number of high-profile sex attacks in the last several months. Last month, a 47-year-old from Afghanistan was sentenced to a 15-month suspended term by a court in Augsburg after he was found guilty of sexually abusing multiple children, some of which were as young as five….

Michigan: 16-year-old Muslim accused of killing mother trying to ‘Americanize’ sisters to ‘please’ Muslim father

The father wasn’t happy that his children were becoming “Americanized.”

“‘He always returned home but was more like his father, a traditional Muslim,’ Markowitz said. ‘The girls were happy to go shopping with their mother, have electrolysis. But he was very much like his father, didn’t believe in living the American culture. His father even had him working for him against her in the home, taking photographs of things, like items his mother had bought. Like a spy.’”

Nada Huranieh, murdered mother.

“‘Americanized’ kids riled dad; matricide suspected,” by Mike Martindale, Detroit News, September 14, 2017 (thanks to Blazing Cat Fur):

Farmington Hills — Nada Huranieh’s death was initially seen as an accidental fall, but investigators soon determined the 35-year-old fitness trainer had been murdered — and that her 16-year-old son was the alleged culprit.

Authorities remain tight-lipped about their investigation into Huranieh’s death, but court records shed some light on her family’s sometimes troubled existence behind the walls of their mansion off a quiet dirt road in southern Oakland County.

Huranieh, 35, died Aug. 21 from injuries suffered in a fall from a second-floor window of the seven-bedroom home on Howard Road in Farmington Hills. Authorities said she was found on her patio by her 14-year-old daughter, who called police to report Huranieh was not breathing.

The death was ruled a homicide following an autopsy, and her son, Muhammad Altantawi, is charged as an adult with second-degree murder. He is being held in Oakland County Children’s Village without bond.

During a pre-exam conference Friday, Judge Marla Parker of 47th District Court scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 17, when she will decide whether Altantawi will be tried in his mother’s death.

The teenager, from all accounts, is a good student without any prior legal trouble. If found guilty of killing his mother, he could be sentenced to life in prison.

“My client has expressed his innocence and said he had nothing to do with his mother’s death and is looking forward to being cleared in the legal process,” said the teen’s attorney, David J. Kramer, who declined further comment.

But court records and people familiar with the family reveal stress inside the home that predated the death, with Muhammad Altantawi being placed “in the middle” of adult issues, including allegations of domestic violence, a parental split and Medicaid fraud charges against his father, a Canton-based physician.

Huranieh and Bassel Altantawi, who wed in Syria in 1999 and had three children, were in the midst of a divorce; both were scheduled to give depositions the week she died.

Bassel Altantawi, estranged father of Muhammad.

Huranieh had filed for divorce in March 2016. According to court records, the teen’s father, Bassel Altantawi, now 46, violated orders for supervised visitation and allegedly met several times with his son at a strip mall near the home more than a year ago.

The father also expressed concerns that his children were being “Americanized” by his wife in contrast to their Syrian and Islamic roots, court records indicate.

One of Huranieh’s ex-attorneys, Carolyn Markowitz, said the son expressed anger toward his mother and frequently slipped away to meet his father, who was ordered out of their Farmington Hills home following an incident in which he was accused of throwing his wife down a flight of stairs on Valentine’s Day in 2016.

Altantawi eventually pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of spousal abuse. He was placed on a tether and given conditions that included having no contact with his estranged wife for two years and having only supervised visitation with their children, who were ordered to have counseling.

Muhammad Altantawi and his two sisters, age 14 and 12, were in the sole legal custody of their mother at the time of her death, though the boy’s address is listed as being on Ford Road in Canton, according to his district court criminal file. The address is his father’s urgent care clinic.

Part of the divorce filing in Oakland County Circuit Court is confidential.

Bassel Altantawi could not be reached for comment. His divorce attorney, Timothy McGlinchey, said in a circuit court filing last year that his client “denies violently throwing anyone down stairs.”

In a phone interview, McGlinchey said Bassel Altantawi has been rocked by the events of the past year and a half.

“My client is devastated at what has gone on with his family: the divorce; then the death of the mother of his children; and then his son being charged with the death,” the attorney said.

Bassel Altantawi described the altercation with his wife as “an isolated and very unfortunate incident that he has taken responsibility for and it will not be repeated,” McGlinchey wrote in the 2016 divorce filing.

The estranged couple’s older daughter phoned police to report the Valentine’s Day incident, according to Markowitz, Huranieh’s former attorney.

“Her injuries were serious, she could have died,” she said.

It was unclear if the son was at home during the altercation, but Markowitz said in the following months, it became clear that Muhammad was growing apart from his mother. Several times, he ran away to see his father.

“He always returned home but was more like his father, a traditional Muslim,” Markowitz said. “The girls were happy to go shopping with their mother, have electrolysis. But he was very much like his father, didn’t believe in living the American culture. His father even had him working for him against her in the home, taking photographs of things, like items his mother had bought. Like a spy.

“There were third parties, a religious mentor, who was also trying to influence him or relay his father’s wishes, which was also improper,” she said….

Czech President: ‘Islamic terror could have its European base in Bosnia’

For years, I warned of the catastrophic consequences of President Bill Clinton’s regional Islamic nation-building, aiding and abetting the Bosnian Muslims against the Christian Serbs. Like President Carter backing the Ayatollah Khomeini against the pro-American Shah, the consequences of aiding and abetting Islamic movements are catastrophic.

CZECH PRESIDENT : “ISLAMIC TERROR COULD HAVE ITS EUROPEAN BASE IN BOSNIA”

Czech President Milos Zeman has again warned that victory over Islamic State in the Middle East could provoke “metastases of terrorism in Europe.”

Source: Beta

Zeman also assessed that Islamic terrorism could create its own European base in Bosnia – as black flags of Islamic State already fly there, Beta reported on Friday.

“There is an illusion that Islamic State is weakening as it is losing territory. The cancer (of Islamic terrorism) has its own metastases, and they are just as deadly as the tumor itself. I recently warned of the phenomenon of foreign fighters, who after the fall of ISIS can move to Afghanistan, to create a new Islamic State, and also – and with this I have infuriated many politicians – they can create a European base, for example, in Bosnia, because even now, black ISIS flags fly in some Bosnian towns,” Zeman told private TV Barrandov last night, in his regular weekly interview.

Zeman recalled that during the civil war in the former Yugoslavia, Muslim fighters from abroad rushed to the aid of what he referred to as “the so-called Bosniaks, meaning, Muslims.”

“That means there is a certain risk of a European base of Islamic terrorism being created,” the Czech president said of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Zeman added that frequent attacks on tourist destinations in Europe made him fear that Islamic terrorists could pay attention to the tourist heart of the Czech Republic, the capital Prague, which has so far been spared, and recommended that city authorities tighten security measures, as he has ordered to be done in the presidential Castle Hradcany.

Iranian spy service hacks, threatens, blackmails global media outlets

“Outlets such as the BBC and Voice of America have been subjected to threats and in some cases have had their computers hijacked by Iran, according to the report, which states that ‘all international media outlets with Persian-language services are concerned’ about the Islamic Republic’s often-secret efforts to blackmail reporters in order to gain positive headlines.

This explains a lot.

“Iranian Spy Service Threatening, Blackmailing Global Media Outlets,” by Adam Kredo, Washington Free Beacon, September 6, 2017:

Iran’s clandestine spy network has been threatening and blackmailing scores of journalists, even going so far as to detain and threaten the family members of these reporters, in order to ensure positive coverage in global media outlets, according to a new report that estimates at least 50 international journalists have been threatened in just the past year.

Iran uses its network of spies and its hardline judiciary to threaten journalists with punishment and in many cases detain family members in order to use them as leverage against Western reporters, according to a new report by Reporters Without Borders, or RSF, a watchdog group that advocates for freedom of the press.

Outlets such as the BBC and Voice of America have been subjected to threats and in some cases have had their computers hijacked by Iran, according to the report, which states that “all international media outlets with Persian-language services are concerned” about the Islamic Republic’s often-secret efforts to blackmail reporters in order to gain positive headlines.

The effort is just one part of how Iran blackmails, threatens, and manipulates journalists and dissident voices in order to suppress coverage of its human rights abuses and other illicit activities, such as an ongoing massive military buildup aimed at confronting Western nations such as the United States.

“In the past year, RSF has learned of ten families of journalists who have been summoned to such interviews, usually with intelligence ministry agents,” according to the report. “In all, at least 50 journalists based abroad have been threatened in some way in the same period. At least 16 of them have received death threats.”

During international nuclear negotiations in Vienna, Lausanne, and elsewhere, the Washington Free Beacon independently witnessed Iranian reporters allied with the country’s state-controlled media organizations monitoring reporters and snapping pictures of them as they worked.

This is part of Iran’s efforts to monitor and track reporters who cover the country for a range of influential outlets, sources told the Free Beacon.

“It was insane,” one writer who is critical of Iran and attended the nuclear negotiations in Vienna told the Free Beacon. “They would openly get in the faces of Iranian reporters from Western outlets and take pictures just to make sure that the journalists knew that the regime knew who they were and they were being watched. It’s impossible to imagine this didn’t significantly influences the coverage that came out of the nuclear talks, and even more broadly.”

Sources who spoke to RSF, often anonymously to avoid repercussions from Iran, such as imprisonment, told the organization that the country’s intelligence services have issued threats and in some cases detained the family members of these reporters.

“It is not just BBC Persian employees who are targeted,” the report states. “All international media outlets with Persian-language services are concerned, regardless of the country in which the media are based. Journalists with Radio Farda (Radio Free Europe’s Persian-language section), with such state-funded broadcasters as Voice of America, Deutsche Welle and Radio France Internationale, and privately-owned broadcasters such as Manoto TV and Radio Zamaneh have also been threatened by Iran’s intelligence services or judicial system.”

Most of those who spoke to RSF about Iran’s activities to monitor and threaten the press “asked not to be identified” out of fear of reprisals from the regime. However, some did speak on record.

Arman Mostofi, the director of Radio Farda, was quoted as telling the organization that at least four of his reports have been targeted with death threats.

“These threats are obviously not signed,” Mostofi told RSF. “They sometimes take the form of a comment beneath an article. The journalist may subsequently be contacted in another way but it’s exactly the same message that will be transmitted. Sometimes the message includes information that only members of the intelligence services could know.”

Family members also have become the subject of threats, according to the report.

Fahimeh Khezr Heidari, a Radio Farda host, recounted efforts by anonymous individuals to force the broadcast’s cancellation.

“Ms. Khezr Heidari, Monday will be a horrible day for a member of your family because you did not take our last warning seriously. Thank you, my corrupt sister,” read one message sent at the reporter.

Mohammadreza Nikfar, editor-in-chief of Radio Zamaneh, disclosed that the family members of some reporters have been seized by Iranian intelligence agents.

“The family of one of our journalists was summoned by intelligence ministry agents,” Nikfar recounted. “After showing articles by him that had been posted on our website, they said: ‘Tell him to stop collaborating with Radio Zamaneh.’”

“Another journalist, a former prisoner of conscience, has been threatened several times by telephone. They tell him his family will suffer the consequences if he does not return to Iran,” Nikfar said.

The threats and intimidation tactics also extend to the cyber arena, according to others who experienced attempts by individuals to hack their computers.

At least five journalists have been arrested upon landing in Iran and handed harsh sentence’s ranging from three to 12 years in prison, according to the RSF report.

The tactics have a tangible effect on these reporters and the stories they file, RSF concluded.

“When your father calls and an intelligence ministry agent takes the phone and says, ‘your father is here and we’re talking about you,’ and you know that your family is being harassed and is in danger of being arrested, how can your write freely?” one reporter for an international outlet who declined to be named was quoted as telling RSF. “After members of my family had been summoned for questioning, I could no longer work as I had before.”…

Muslims condemn ‘Islamophobic’ posters warning about Muslim rape gangs

The BNP is or at least was an avowedly race-based party, and “alt-right,” when it has any substance at all and isn’t just an establishment media smear term, generally refers to racist and anti-Semitic views. These are not views I support; I’ve always maintained that opposition to jihad terror and Sharia oppression is not a racial issue, despite establishment media and Islamic supremacist claims that such opposition is “racist.”

But all that is really beside the point here. It is a manifest fact that the rape gangs were Muslim, and that British authorities feared to do anything about them for fear of being seen as “racist.” 1,400 British non-Muslim children were gang-raped and brutalized by Muslims in Rotherham, and “several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought as racist; others remembered clear direction from their managers not to do so.”

The Muslims in Worcester, if they actually oppose the Muslim rape gangs, should acknowledge the fact that these gangs were operating on Islamic principles, and work to reform them, instead of denouncing these posters as “Islamophobic.” The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30).

But for the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association to acknowledge that would mean rejecting Qur’anic dictates, and it is never going to do that.

“Muslims condemn ‘divisive’ Islamophobic posters plastered across Worcester by far-right British Renaissance Policy Institute,” by Matthew Dresch, Worcester News, September 2, 2017 (thanks to Winds of Jihad):

A FAR-right group has claimed responsibility for putting up “hate crime” posters in the city, linking Muslims with child grooming gangs.

Police are treating the posters as a hate crime and the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association has condemned the posters.

They say the ‘mischievous’ posters are aimed at dividing a peaceful community in Worcester.

The association says the posters have been plastered across the city centre over the last two weeks.

The posters say: Protect Children … Fight Grooming Gangs (which is written in Arabic typography).

The right-wing British Renaissance Policy Institute (BRPI) said its members were responsible for the poster campaign.

Jack Sen, the founder of the BRPI, said: “I am pleased my men have taken the initiative to do something on their own.

“The British Renaissance Worcester branch are the ones putting up the signs in Worcester. We have 25 members in Worcester.

“We had a meeting in Worcester two-and-a-half months ago and encouraged them to protest peacefully and legally.

“We gave them different ideas. We don’t want them to go into the streets…and behave like a terrorist organisation and cause trouble.

“We have to do it in an aggressive but legal manner. Those [posters] I’m assuming are the leftovers from the British National Party (BNP). [Nick] Griffin had nothing to do with it, he’s not involved in any way.”

Mr Sen, aged 40, who affiliates himself with the American ‘alt-right’, grew up in Malvern and previously stood as a UKIP parliamentary candidate in West Lancashire before he was suspended and joined the BNP.

He also lived in America for 16 years and said he was recently involved in the Charlottesville protests….

Mohammed Iqbal, general secretary of the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association, condemned the posters, which have appeared ahead of the Eid al-Adha celebrations.

He said: “The aim of these posters and using symbols associated with our religion is pure mischievousness and nothing more than to create division between our peace loving community of Worcester.

Brooklyn-based Muslim: “Then we will go to FBI headquarters, kill the FBI people”

Politico’s Jihad against Walid Phares Tries Again, and Fails Again

By Rebecca Bynum and Jerome B. Gordon.

Dr. Walid Phares

Since the time when Dr. Walid Phares was appointed by Presidential candidate Mitt Romney as one of his national security advisors in 2011, the pro Iran regime and Muslim Brotherhood networks in the media have been waging one smear campaign after the other to tarnish his reputation and intimidate decision makers so they will not appoint him to any position in any administration. As soon as Donald Trump announced Phares as one of his foreign policy advisors in March 2016, he was attacked again by an even wider network of militant media across the web using the same recycled and repeatedly discredited material.

After the 2016 election, Phares returned to the private sector as an expert, but the pro-Iran and MB lobby was still concerned he may be called to join the new administration. Politico ran a hit piece against him in November, filled once again with falsehoods. This August, as a number of officials were leaving the White House, it is believed that the “lobby” feared he may be invited in. Though there were no indications at all that Phares was intending to join the administration or be called upon to officially advise, Politico published another attempt to discredit Phares in a scathing hit piece. The article was authored by a former AP journalist Nahal Toosi, who has shown her support for the Iran Deal and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Dr. Phares, an expert in the field who has been testifying about country conditions in Congress, to governments, and in courts for over twenty years, had just finished a testimony at an immigration court in Detroit on behalf of an Iraqi Chaldean who was detained for deportation. Phares was called upon to explain one thing: whether country conditions today would affect this individual because of his particular family and personal circumstances. The expert spent a few hours explaining to the court and the government how things are in Iraq and then left. The court decided to release the Chaldean detainee and reinstate his status. The judge was convinced of the facts and assessment, and the government decided not to appeal. The session did not address US politics nor the policies of the administration. It focused only on what could happen now or in the near future should this individual be deported to Iraq.

However, for Politico there are only two issues at hand:

One is that Phares, having been an advisor to Trump in 2016, was sitting in court countering President Trump’s order for removal. The argument is twisted in its inception. Phares did not discuss the immigration policies of the administration. He was asked only about one case-possibly impacting multiple cases in the future-of immigrants who entered legally, committed unlawful acts, lost their green cards and are now being considered for deportation. Dr. Phares was asked very specific questions based on one: How would the country conditions affect the deported person? Politico is fooling its readers by claiming anything else, as court transcripts and the many who attended the session can attest. Martin Manna, the president of the Chaldean Community Foundation, who was in attendance, has repeatedly told Politico that Phares testified on country conditions, but to no avail, for the said media was set on smearing not on reporting.

The second charge by Politico was that Phares charged for his testimony and that his fee was high. Again, Politico failed in this low-level argumentation. First, Phares offered his services, and the clients could accept or not, as all other paid experts do. Second, Phares does not have a non-profit operation similar to a number of NGOs involved in the deportation issue who receive millions of dollars from donors. Dr. Phares did charge for his time on this case, though he has offered public service free of charge for the past 27 years, including helping humanitarian groups and communities to pass their messages on to Congress, administrations, media and the United Nations. As for the fee levels, in the private sector, such fees are negotiable. But a mere calculation of the fees based on time spent, places Phares’s numbers solidly within the norm for a national expert.

Walid Phares is introduced in this article as the “Lebanese American Maronite” who appears on Fox News. It would be as if Henry Kissinger was introduced as the “German Jew” or Zbignew Brejinski is presented as the “Catholic Pole.” This obsession with Phares’ background demonstrates how the forces behind Politico perceive American immigrants, always linked to the politics and the sectarianism of their mother countries. That’s how it works in Iran or Syria, but not in the United States.

Toosi wrote, “Phares has benefited from the belief of people desperate to stay in the U.S. that his involvement in their cases might give them an edge.” Jawad Sayegh, the top analyst on US affairs at the liberal Arab publication Elaph reports otherwise: “The judge is liberal, there is no chance for politics there. And the government represents the Trump administration and argues for deportation. Phares talks about Iraq not Trump.”

In the end, Politico shattered its journalistic credibility by publishing this piece, only to please its backers and perhaps, as Tom Harb has argued, as an extended arm of the Iranian and Brotherhood propaganda machine. Politico is no more mainstream and respectable than radical subversive websites in the far left or far right circles.

Meanwhile in the real world, the detainee is free, his family is happy and thankful for the US justice system, the court was informed, the Government didn’t appeal and the communities are looking forward for more stability.

Muslim migrants beat Polish tourist, gang-rape his wife on Italian beach

Rimini Beach, Italy.

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). “Italy: Polish Man Beaten Unconscious and Wife Gang Raped on Rimini Beach, African Migrants Suspected,” by Jack Montgomery, Breitbart, August 26, 2017:

A young couple from Poland were subjected to a “brutal and beastly attack” by four men suspected to be African migrants on a beach in Rimini, Italy.

The 26-year-olds were taking an evening stroll on their last night in the popular tourist spot when they were set upon by four men, Wiadomości reports.

The young man was beaten unconscious by the gang, who then subjected his partner to multiple rapes in front of him. Both were also robbed.

The Polish consulate in Milan say they are providing every assistance to the couple, who were both hospitalised following their ordeal.

Italian authorities have described the “brutal and beastial [sic] attack” as an “act of cruel aggression”, and called on the public “to cooperate with the police forces informing each and every element that may be of use in the investigation”….

The number of foreigners living in Italy as residents has rocketed by 25 per cent from 2012 to January 2017, and by an astonishing 270 per cent between 2002 and 2017 — statistics which may herald a significant and possibly irreversible demographic shift.

Israeli Arab terrorist Sheik Raed Salah indicted

Israeli Arab Islamic Movement Sheik Raed Salah of the major Israeli Arab town of Umm-Al-Fahm in the Haifa region was indicted on charges of incitement to commit terror.

His speech calling the three fellow residents shahid or marytrs who perpetrated the attack at Lions’ Gate equipped with hand made ‘Carlos’ submachine guns that killed two valiant and loyal Druze border policemen on Friday morning July 14th.

Salah and a deputy in the Northern Branch of the Islamic Movement were interviewed by Israel police just days before the murderous attack on July 11th. He had been released from an Israel jail for a prior sentence on similar charges in January 2017.

Besides the July 14th attack perpetrators killed in the subsequent fire form Israeli police, two brothers from Umm al-Fahm were arrested in July. They were indicted in early August in the Haifa District on charges of making those Carlos sub-machine guns and plans to cross the border and join the Islamic State in Syria.

Israel has long been perplexed with how to treat an Israel Arab Muslim citizen who preaches sedition to the Jewish nation and Salafist doctrine seeking to establish a Caliphate on the Noble Sanctuary on top of the Temple Mount to rule the world under Islamic Sharia Supremacism. As it is he uses the 100 year canard of the infamous Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al Husseini to enrage his followers, “Al Aksa is under attack.”

Minister of Defense Avigdor Liberman has suggested that Israel exchange the Arab triangle encompassing Umm al-Fahm for areas to be annexed in the disputed territories of Judea and Samaria. But why do that when you might use legal means to strip him of his citizenship and deport him. Otherwise he will continue to go through the revolving door of such proceedings spending time in jail at Israeli taxpayer expense fomenting terrorist violence among Israeli Arabs.

Read this Times of Israel/AFP report and consider Sheik Salah as the equivalent of the Islamic State inside Israel:

Prosecutors on Thursday charged a controversial Islamic cleric with incitement to terror for praising the three Arab Israelis who shot dead two police officers last month just outside the Temple Mount complex in Jerusalem.

Sheikh Raed Salah, a leading member of Israel’s now-outlawed Northern Branch of the Islamist Movement, has been held in custody since his arrest last week.

Among the suspected calls for incitement to terror cited by the indictment filed at the Haifa Magistrate’s Court was a speech given by Salah at the funeral of the three men who carried out the July 14 attack at the Temple Mount, and who like Salah were from the Arab Israeli city of Umm al-Fahm.

In his speech, Salah praised the three attackers — all of them named Muhammad Jabarin — as “martyrs” and asked for “God to have mercy upon them.”

The three Arab Israelis shot dead two police officers using guns smuggled by an accomplice into the Temple Mount complex.

Following the attack, Israel shut down the Temple Mount to Muslim worshipers before reopening the site two days later after installing metal detectors at entrances to the holy site. In response to the placement of the metal detectors, Muslim worshipers boycotted entering the Temple Mount until their removal.

In addition to daily protests outside the Old City, uproar over the move also prompted violent clashes between police and the demonstrators, with five Palestinians killed in clashes. Tensions at the site were also cited by the Palestinian terrorist who stabbed to death three members of the Salomon family during Shabbat dinner at their home in the West Bank settlement of Halamish.

As part of the indictment, prosecutors charged Salah with an additional two counts of incitement to terror for speeches he gave encouraging the violent clashes surrounding the Temple Mount.

Salah was also charged with membership of an illegal organization over his continued involvement in the Northern Branch of the Islamic Movement. It was banned in late 2015 over accusations it maintained links to terror groups and for stoking a wave of violence that saw dozens of deaths in a spate of stabbing, car-ramming and shooting attacks.

Prosecutors requested Thursday that Salah be held in custody until the end of the legal proceedings.

Salah’s lawyers and supporters have said the cleric is innocent, saying his sermons are always within the bounds of free speech and that he “stands against the murder ofinnocents.”

They have called the preacher’s arrest political intimidation and say it was intended to silence dissent.

Salah said in court last week that he had been threatened by Jewish prisoners.

“If something happens, my blood is going to be on (Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu’s hands,” he said.

His arrest last week came following his release from prison in January after serving a nine-month sentence on similar allegations.

Founded in the 1970s, the Islamic Movement is a political organization, religious outreach group and social services provider rolled into one. The movement’s overarching goal is to make Israeli Muslims more religious and it owes much of its popularity to its provision of services often lacking in Israel’s Arab communities. The group runs kindergartens, colleges, health clinics, mosques and even a sports league – sometimes under the same roof.

The movement split two decades ago. The more moderate Southern Branch began fielding candidates for the Knesset in 1996 and is now part of the Joint List, an alliance of several Arab political parties. Three of the Joint List’s 13 current Knesset members are part of the movement.

The Northern Branch had also funded a group called the Murabitun, whose protests against Jewish visitors at the Temple Mount have occasionally turned violent. In September last year, Israel banned the group from the Mount.

A mysterious case of the murder of a 14-year-old boy has surfaced in the national Capital, with his mother alleging that he was held hostage and lynched by some Muslim friends.

The victim, identified as Yogesh Kumar, was found dead under mysterious circumstances near New Delhi Railway Station last month. Multiple injury marks were found all over his face and the body indicated that he was battered to death, doctors said. However, police remain tight-lipped over the cause of death considering it a communally sensitive matter.

Yogesh’s body was brought to the Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) by police for the postmortem examination on June 23. Doctors who conducted autopsy said the injuries on his body were clear signs of his being attacked with a sharp object. Victim’s mother, Seema alleged it was case of lynching by his Muslim friends, who had demanded money from her while keeping Yogesh hostage. She even claimed that they made her hear Yogesh’s voice for once who was trembling with fear.

HIS MUSLIMS FRIENDS LYNCHED HIM

Recalling the horrifying incident to Mail Today, she said, “On June 23, Yogesh left home after he got a call from his friend Arif. He, along with other friends, including a girl Fatima, first kidnapped my son, later demanding Rs 10,000 from me. I was told that if money was not given on time, they will kill my son.” “The very next morning, I was told that my son was killed and thrown somewhere along the railway track near New Delhi station,” Seema said. Yogesh’s family lives in Shahadra’s Meet Nagar. Despite being very young, he had been working to fetch money for his mother’s treatment.

His mother works as a domestic help. Doctors, on the condition of anonymity told Mail Today, “The body was hit brutally and had severe injuries on face, skull and back. It seemed that deceased was beaten up repeatedly with some objects like stone or a bottle. We could smell a case of lynching.” An FIR was lodged in the case the next day which stated that the body was lying in a pool of blood. Broken pieces of glass bottles, a stone and few bricks were also reportedly found with traces of blood on it.

Muslim who made rape video of his wife told cops that everything he did was acceptable in Islam

A hadith depicts Muhammad saying: “If a husband calls his wife to his bed [i.e. to have sexual relation] and she refuses and causes him to sleep in anger, the angels will curse her till morning” (Bukhari 4.54.460).

Another hadith attributes this to Muhammad: “By him in Whose Hand lies my life, a woman can not carry out the right of her Lord, till she carries out the right of her husband. And if he asks her to surrender herself [to him for sexual intercourse] she should not refuse him even if she is on a camel’s saddle” (Ibn Majah 1854).

Yet Inspector Paul Young of the Rape Investigation Team says: “This sentence sends out a message to people who think they are outside the law with behaviour which cannot be excused by any community or religion and we will, where we can, take forward a prosecution without a victim to protect that person and the wider community in which these people live.”

Has Inspector Paul Young of the Rape Investigation Team really studied Islam and discovered that this man’s actions “cannot be excused by any community or religion”? Or is he just indulging in wishful thinking? Hmmm, which could it be?

“Man who made horrendous “rape-video” of wife told police Islam consented,” Cumbria Crack, August 15, 2017:

A 35-year-old man has been jailed for ten years for a sexual assault after his victim, who is also his wife, refused to give evidence against him.

In what is believed to be one of the first cases of its kind Northumbria Police proceeded with a prosecution after mobile phone footage of the assault was found on the man’s phone….

The man was initially arrested after his wife reported to police that she had been raped at their home address and handed police her mobile phone.

The two minute video was described as disturbing and showed the victim, who had been largely naked and in a drug/alcohol induced state, being abused. The video showed the distressed victim crying and begging the man to stop.

Although initially co-operative with the police, within a couple of months the victim refused to go to court, saying she wanted her husband released from custody and giving a retraction statement.

The man said he needed to prove she drank alcohol and slept around and had made the video for divorce proceedings. The court heard that despite accusations of the woman having an affair he had no evidence to prove this and police secured a statement from an Imam to negate this saying he would not have required this evidence for a divorce.

On a number of occasions the man gave differing accounts in court saying the couple often videoed each other and Islam consented to everything that was on the video….

Inspector Paul Young of the Rape Investigation Team, said: “Throughout this case this man showed little regard for women and thought he could do what he wanted to his wife.

“This sentence sends out a message to people who think they are outside the law with behaviour which cannot be excused by any community or religion and we will, where we can, take forward a prosecution without a victim to protect that person and the wider community in which these people live.”
