Woman accusing Tariq Ramadan of rape under police protection, gets multiple death threats

“In her complaint, Ayari mentions the fact that she was called a ‘whore, paid by the Jews and the Zionists.’”

Of course. Who else would possibly care that the “Muslim Martin Luther,” Tariq Ramadan, could be a serial rapist?

But note well: this is the kind of abuse anyone and everyone receives if he or she stands in the way of the Islamic supremacist agenda. This is a different manifestation of the same phenomenon that has foes of jihad terror smeared as “bigots” and “Islamophobes.”

“French woman accusing Tariq Ramadan of rape placed under police protection,” AFP, November 23, 2017:

Henda Ayari, the first woman who came forward against Swiss Islamist thinker Tariq Ramadan on rape allegations, has been was placed under police protection after receiving death threats and insults, her lawyer said on Wednesday.

According to the lawyer, the former Salafist-turned-secular feminist has been harassed for nearly a month via messages on Facebook and Twitter, her answering machine, and by people who come ringing at her home.

“This is not trivial, these facts are punishable by three years of imprisonment, it must stop,” Jonas Haddad, Ayari’s lawyer, said.

Rouen prosecutor Pascal Prache confirmed the complaint and presence of death threats and said that the investigations are ongoing.

In her complaint, Ayari mentions the fact that she was called a “whore, paid by the Jews and the Zionists”….

Woman Raped by Refugee Commits Suicide After Prosecutor Claims ‘Lack of Evidence’

A Swedish woman raped by a Muslim refugee from Syria earlier this year just committed suicide. Why?

Apparently, she was overcome by her rape — and by the fact the prosecutor ignored evidence and closed the case.

Angelica Wiktor

The Voice of Europe
has the story: The prosecutor cited a “lack of evidence” and failed to pursue the case properly.

A Swedish woman who was raped by a Syrian refugee in March this year has committed suicide. The horrible news was made public by Swedish investigative journalist Joakim Magnus Lamotte.

The woman chose to end her life by overdosing on her medication; she felt devastated in aftermath of her violent rape and the failure to prosecute the perpetrator exacerbated her sense of low worth. She was raped in her own apartment during the evening and according to involved Swedish investigative journalist Lamotte she reportedly told police:

“Her neighbour, Adnan, together with his friend Samir [not their real names], came to her apartment late one evening in spring. Because Angelica had taken sleeping pills, she is unsure about the exact timing, but she remembers Adnan pushing her into the bedroom, using violence to force her on her bed and holding her down and raping her. The experience is extra painful because Angelica has inserted a tampon, that is now pushed so far inside of her, that she can’t get it out normally the next day. While she is being raped, Samir is somewhere in the apartment.“ [sic]

Lamotte’s investigative reporting shows that the police and the prosecutor in making their decision ignored some of the evidence. For example, there were opportunities to analyse the DNA in the woman’s apartment and in addition she had ‘assault related bruises’.

During the police interrogation Samir even admitted that he and Adnan were in Angelica’s apartment; however the prosecutor in Sweden chose to close the case citing a “lack of evidence”.

SEX ATTACKS: U.S. Muslim migrants continue to beat the system, despite arrests

Muslim migrants and the special class status afforded them in the United States is an outrage. It may very well be in keeping with Islamic law (sharia), but it is a vicious violation of American law.

Manchester, New Hampshire is looking more like Europe.

19-year-old (probably older, they lie) Ahmed Abukar sexually assaulted 2 girls and women — ranging in age from 15 to 28 — said Abukar had touched them, followed them and made obscene comments. Prosecutors brought 24 criminal charges — one of misdemeanor sexual assault and one of misdemeanor stalking for each victim. Abukar plead guilty and got off time served awaiting trial. He did not land on the sexual-offender registry. He does not follow your probation orders. He is not deported.

Ahmed Abukar’s misogynist sexual attacks on women are all in accordance with Islam’s most sacred texts and teachings.

Sex slavery is sanctioned under Islam. At the risk of repeating myself for the umpteenth time, sex slavery and rape of the infidel is sanctioned and rewarded under Islam. Muslim clerics all over the world confirm the right to have sex slaves. It is in the Qur’an — the word of Allah. Politicians and courts of law keep turning a blind eye, law enforcement keeps ignoring it, so this pox on our communities will continue to get worse.

Following a victory, Muhammad would usually distribute the captives, both male and female, as slaves to his soldiers. And Muhammad is the “perfect example for Muslims.” According to Islamic law, Muslim men can take “captives of the right hand” (Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 33:50). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesseth of those whom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war” (33:50). 4:3 and 4:24 extend this privilege to Muslim men in general. The Qur’an says that a man may have sex with his wives and with these slave girls: “The believers must (eventually) win through, those who humble themselves in their prayers; who avoid vain talk; who are active in deeds of charity; who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess, for (in their case) they are free from blame.” (Qur’an 23:1-6)

Prosperous are the believers who in their prayers are humble and from idle talk turn away and at almsgiving are active and guard their private parts save from their wives and what their right hands own then being not blameworthy.” (Quran 23:1-6)

Those whom their “right hands own” (Quran 4:3, 4:24, 33:50) are slaves, and inextricable from the concept of Islamic slavery as a whole is the concept of sex slavery, which is rooted in Islam’s devaluation of the lives of non-Muslims. The Quran stipulates that a man may take four wives as well as hold slave girls as sex slaves. These women are captured in wartime and are considered the spoils of war. Islam avoids the appearance of impropriety, declaring that the taking of these sex slaves does not constitute adultery if the women are already married, for their marriages are ended at the moment of their capture. A manual of Islamic law directs: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman”s previous marriage is immediately annulled” (Reliance of the Traveller, o9.13).

MARK HAYWARD’S CITY MATTERS: IMMIGRANT/REFUGEE CONTINUES TO BEAT THE SYSTEM, DESPITE ARRESTS

By Mark Hayward, Union Leader, October 27, 2017:

JAN. 26, 2016. A cold Tuesday morning as hundreds of students walked to Manchester High School Central.

Once inside, several upset girls told their teachers that a young man had approached them and asked about sex. Ahmed Abukar, who was 19 at the time, told the girls to come with him. He told one he had a gun. He spoke in crude terms about his anatomy to another.

He touched them on their rear ends.

With a description in hand, police quickly picked up Abukar. A search found what police believed was heroin and marijuana in his pockets.

Eventually, 12 girls and women — ranging in age from 15 to 28 — said Abukar had touched them, followed them and made inappropriate comments. Prosecutors brought 24 criminal charges — one of misdemeanor sexual assault and one of misdemeanor stalking for each victim.

Given the context — girls on their way to school accosted by a drug user while free on bail for other crimes — you’d expect that Abukar would be in big trouble.

But in Abukar’s world, you can plead guilty and get off with the 216 days you spent in jail awaiting trial.

You avoid landing on the sexual-offender registry.

You don’t follow your probation orders.

You avoid deportation.

And you live with your mom and don’t hold a job, according to applications he has filed over the years for public defenders and court-appointed lawyers.

“What we’re trying to do with his sentence is give him a path forward to good behavior while keeping him on a short leash,” Hillsborough County Attorney Dennis Hogan said.

That sentence — which also calls for three years of probation and psycho-sexual group counseling — was imposed in August 2016. (Abukar was in court two weeks ago when a judge clarified that he does not have to register as a sex offender. The judge also jailed him for about a month because he wasn’t showing up for psycho-sexual counseling.)

I tried to reach Abukar this week, but he is at Valley Street jail until today on the probation violation. My first question to him: What kind of a guest acts like this?

Abukar lives in the United States either as an immigrant or refugee. I don’t know which, because federal officials don’t readily discuss someone’s immigration status. But according to court records, Immigration and Customs Enforcement took Abukar into custody in late 2016. He remained in ICE custody for about seven months and was released this past July.

ICE won’t explain why he was in their custody.

But in general, immigrants and refugees can end up getting deported if they are convicted of serious crimes. If the crimes aren’t really serious, they obtain waivers that allow them to remain in the United States.

This is the most that ICE spokesman Shawn Neudaeur said about Abukar. “This individual was granted an immigration benefit recently, and is presently no longer subject to removal proceedings.”

It’s not hard to connect the dots here.

Abukar had already been convicted in connection to the Central High School girls when ICE grabbed him. ICE seemed to take it seriously enough to jail him and try to get him deported. Obviously, it wasn’t good enough, and Abukar was released.

Hogan said his office was not asked to weigh in on any immigration hearing regarding Abukar. Nor did prosecutors take his immigration status into account when they worked out a plea deal.

Here’s a brief rundown of other standouts in Abukar’s record:

• He faced felony theft charges after allegedly stealing an iPhone and iPad from a parked car in August 2015. A year later prosecutors dropped the felony charge as part of a plea bargain involving the Central assaults.

• A judge dismissed another felony — possession of two packages of counterfeit cocaine — after prosecutors didn’t bring an indictment within a 90-day deadline. Hogan said the cocaine turned out to be counterfeit, so he let the charge expire. (Funny, when police arrested Abukar for the Central girls assaults, he had counterfeit heroin in his possession, and the drug charge was dropped. Looks as if Abukar likes carrying around small amounts of powder in plastic bags.)

• From 2013 to 2016, Abukar has been arrested on several misdemeanor charges, only to see them later dropped or end with suspended sentences. They include fighting at Memorial High School, shoplifting from the Mall of New Hampshire, threatening a supposed snitch, and using an alias — Ali Abdi — to pass himself off to police.

• He’s missed appointments for court-ordered drug counseling and sexual-predator counseling. He’s tested positive for marijuana. He’s given probation officers a home address that doesn’t exist. He has lived with his mother while she babysits, despite a probation order he stay away from kids.

Hogan said prosecutors got what they thought was important in the plea bargain. That involved the jail time, and the “short leash” that included probation monitoring, counseling and no contact with minors, Hogan said.

As for the sex offender registry, experts thought that the registry would not aid in his rehabilitation, Hogan said.

“Rehabilitation is a part of almost all sentences, as is punishment,” he said.
Recently, I’ve written a lot of stories about illegal immigrants who find themselves in trouble with ICE. The hard-working dad who got busted when he got a flat tire in Deerfield. The Brazilian who faces deportation despite years of working with federal officials as a confidential informant. Indonesians who thought they had found refuge here from religious prosecution.

All live crime-free lives, raise families, work hard and built a respectable life in this country. All hoped that they would be accepted here because of their values and the hard work that the world associates with America.

Looks like they had it all wrong.

Vogue model spent years in Muslim billionaire’s harem as his ‘pleasure wife’

Feminist leaders such as pro-sharia terror supporter Linda Sarsour have made no comment:

“He knew who my parents were, where I grew up, he had access to my school records. He went as far as you could go back in that time.”

“I was enamored of his world,” Dodd says, “and I felt a sense of security, like I had a safety net.” She found Khashoggi charismatic, intelligent, brimming with a “silly humor,” and was hopelessly charmed into a verbal contract: she would be his concubine, and in exchange, Khashoggi would lavish her with gifts, trips, and even the college tuition that later serviced her career as a founding designer of surf and swimwear line Roxy.

You write in the book about how you walked into Adnan’s room one day and found him looking through a book of model headshots—and that you realized you’d been plucked from the same sort of book months before. Was that a turning point?

I was so naive at the time. But I look back now and see how they manipulated me, that I was basically curated from a group of women who were attainable that he could meet, and that he chose me from a photograph and my agent brought me to the party where I met him. It was completely set up—there was even a fee that was paid to the agency.

What do you mean, attainable? What was he looking for exactly?

Not the top models—I was one of the 98 percent who weren’t at the top-top. We’re the catalog models, the product models, the lesser runway models. We’re not the stars. We’re more desperate and naive. I look at my pictures and even I can see the naive look in my eyes! You can almost pick out who’s vulnerable. I’ll bet they could see that.

But after less than two years in the harem, Dodd grew disillusioned. She thought Khashoggi might propose legal marriage, but he never did. The new women he’d started seeing weren’t ambitious types like they’d been in the past; they were “cocaine addicts from lesser [modeling] agencies.” And group trips started to feel seedy, ever accompanied by Khashoggi’s pimp-in-charge; only later would she realize that the party where she met Khashoggi was a set-up—he had worked with her agency to recruit her for the harem, in exchange for a fee.

“I was starting to question everything,” Dodd says. “The facade began to crack and I started to see the truth of what [Khashoggi’s] world really was. I had been totally naive to the plot and to the fact that I was there for sex. I look back on it now and see how they manipulated me. I’m going to be 58 years old—and I’m still trying to figure out what happened.” (Maxim interview)

Former Vogue model spent years in Muslim billionaire’s harem as his “pleasure wife”

By Robert Spencer, October 25, 2017:

Shi’ites justify temporary marriage or pleasure marriage, mutah, by their reading of Qur’an 4:24, which begins by detailing the women with whom a Muslim man cannot have sexual relations — married women except for sex slaves. Then it continues to detail women with whom one may have sex as long as they are given their “due compensation”:

And married women except those your right hands possess, the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are beyond these that you seek them with your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

Shi’ites see in this permission for a temporary marriage for pleasure, contracted by means of payment (“due compensation”) for a specified time by mutual agreement.

Some Sunnis practice this also, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where Khashoggi is from. In this case, the contract was apparently for five years.

“Former Vogue model lifts veil on her life as a ‘pleasure wife’ for Saudi billionaire,” Express Tribune, October 23, 2017 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

A former Vogue cover model has revealed details of her years as a ‘pleasure wife’ for the world’s richest man, an arms dealer from Saudi Arabia.

Speaking on Channel Nine‘s 60 Minutes on Sunday night, Jill Dodd, now 58, lifted the veil on her life with notorious billionaire Adnan Khashoggi, who was almost 30 years her senior, reported Daily Mail.

Ms Dodd revealed she was a ‘naive’ 21-year-old model when she met Khashoggi at a party and he wrote on her arm in blood as a means of introducing himself.

“He pulled up my sleeve and he wrote ‘I love you’ I was like oh my god that’s blood and I was kind of shocked, but I thought it was really funny and cute at the same time,” she said.

Khashoggi was already a married father-of-five when he met Ms Dodd, but pursued a relationship because he was allowed up to 12 women to serve as his ‘pleasure wives’.

Ms Dodd quickly became a member of Khashoggi’s harem, living in lavish suites in Saudi Arabia and taking turns to have sex with the billionaire arms dealer.

While she realised she was living a life of luxury thanks to her relations with Khashoggi, she continues to defend the legitimacy of their relationship.

“I never thought of myself as a hooker, I still don’t think that,” she said.

Ms Dodd revealed the business tycoon made her sign a contract before they started a relationship.

“He said ‘I want to take care of you, I want to make a five-year contract with you. I’ll provide everything for you and you will be at my beck and call 24 hours a day’,” she said.

And… she accepted.

Khashoggi was a Saudi Arabian businessman who made billions dealing arms on the international market.

Ms Dodd said she and Khashoggi went to lavish parties with politicians and royalty, and shared drug-fuelled evenings together.

“We did (cocaine) recreationally. We would lock ourselves in a room for days, we would make love, we would eat, the chef would bring us food,” she said.

“I believe I was in love with him,” she confessed.

The American woman said she loved Khashoggi and did not regret her years as his ‘pleasure wife’….

Muslim migrant sexually assaults 6 women, claims PTSD

A Syrian refugee who sexually assaulted six women in London underpasses just one month after being granted asylum in the UK has had his sentencing delayed pending a claimed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) diagnosis.

Some symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder include flashbacks, nightmares, difficulty sleeping, jumpiness, and avoiding people and places that remind the patient of the stress-inducing event. Hasan Alkhabbaz instead was hanging out in underpasses in the Paddington area, where he:

grabbed lone women by their bottoms and put his hands up their skirts

Alkhabbaz is using victimhood to try to dodge the consequences of his inexcusable conduct toward women. Mass sexual assaults on women by Muslim male refugees have become a regular occurrence across Europe. This behavior is rooted in the indoctrination of male superiority over women, sanctioned by Islamic religious texts that state such things as: angels will curse a wife all night long if she refuses her husband (Bukhari 4851); men can beat disobedient wives (Bukhari 72:715; Quran 4:34); and men may assault/abuse women if they are not properly covered.

“Syrian Refugee Who Sexually Assaulted Six Women ‘Has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder’” by Victoria Friedman, Breitbart, October 10, 2017:

A Syrian refugee who sexually assaulted six women in London underpasses just one month after being granted asylum in the UK has had his sentencing delayed pending a claimed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) diagnosis.

Between November 14th, 2016, and March 3rd, 2017, Hasan Alkhabbaz, 22, lurked in underpasses in the Paddington area, notably in the Joe Strummer subway where The Clash’s frontman used to busk, and grabbed lone women by their bottoms and put his hands up their skirts, reports the Daily Mail.

The Syrian had already received a suspended sentence in May for a similar offence committed on March 5, 2017, whilst investigations into the earlier assaults were being conducted by police.

After being released on conditional bail on August 15th, Alkhabbaz was arrested for trying to flee the UK on September 8th at Heathrow Airport. He was attempting to board a flight to Egypt with the intention of going on to Sudan.

He was in possession of a Syrian passport that had been issued on August 21st – six days after he was bailed. Prosecutor Brett Weaver told the court the refugee was then remanded in custody until his court appearance at Southwark Crown Court after breaking the bail condition of not applying for international travel documents.

Alkhabbaz admitted to six counts of sexual assault, but a psychiatric evaluation was ordered following claims he suffered PTSD because he came from a war zone…..

Rapists and wife-beaters flocked to join ISIS

Of course. Islam justifies both.

A hadith depicts Muhammad saying:

“If a husband calls his wife to his bed [i.e. to have sexual relation] and she refuses and causes him to sleep in anger, the angels will curse her till morning” (Bukhari 4.54.460).

Another hadith attributes this to Muhammad:

“By him in Whose Hand lies my life, a woman can not carry out the right of her Lord, till she carries out the right of her husband. And if he asks her to surrender herself [to him for sexual intercourse] she should not refuse him even if she is on a camel’s saddle” (Ibn Majah 1854).

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

As as for wife-beating:

“Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them.” — Qur’an 4:34

Muhammad “struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?” — Aisha (Sahih Muslim 2127)

“Rapists and wife-beaters flocked to join ISIS because the group’s systemised sexual violence appealed to them, study shows,” by Iain Burns, Mailonline, October 9, 2017 (thanks to Robert):

A new study has shown that many men with a history of sexual violence and domestic abuse joined ISIS because of the group’s use of slavery and rape.

The Henry Jackson Society report claims the sanctioning of systemic sexual abuse served as a way of ‘attracting, retaining, mobilising and rewarding fighters’.

It was also used as a means of delivering cruel punishment to ‘kafir’ – non-Muslims – and as a form of terrorism.

With slavery and rape given Islamic justification by the depraved group’s theologians, sexual exploitation was also used as a way of raising cash for the caliphate.

The study shows many ISIS fighters from the US and Europe had a background of abusing women, which implies a relationship between ‘committing terrorist attacks and having a history of physical and/or sexual violence’.

One infamous jihadist described as key in the savage persecution of non-Muslims in ISIS territory is the Briton Siddhartha Dhar.

The father-of-four, once a bouncy castle salesman in Walthamstow, is said to have even enslaved some Yazidi women and girls himself and regularly taken part in trafficking.

The Yazidis, deemed by ISIS to be ‘pagans’ that can be raped and enslaved without consequence, have provided much of the supply of women and girls for the group.

According to the report, the prospect of having unlimited access to women was intentionally advertised to attract men from conservative Islamic societies where casual sex is prohibited.

The group also sanctioned forced conversions and pregnancies after women were enslaved or abused as a means of adding to the ranks of the extremist cult.

Another Briton with a history of sexual violence – Ondogo Ahmed, from London, who was jailed for eight years after raping a 16-year-old girl – joined the group in 2013.

He fled to the caliphate in Syria when out of prison on licence.

Nikita Malik, the author of the report, was quoted in The Guardian as saying: ‘These cases indicate an existence of a type of terrorism that is sexually motivated, in which individuals with prior records of sexual violence are attracted by the sexual brutality carried out by members of Islamic State.’

Other men with a past of domestic or sexual abuse include London Bridge murderer Rachid Redouane and Westminster terrorist Khalid Masood….

Muslim ex-kidnapper admits ‘they get paid for every Christian girl they bring in’

“If all goes to plan, the girls are also forced into marriage with a strict Muslim. Their husbands don’t love them, they just marry her to make her a Muslim. She will be hit and humiliated. And if she tries to escape, or convert back to her original religion, she will be killed.”

Will the Islamophobia never end?

“Egypt: ex-kidnapper admits ‘they get paid for every Coptic Christian girl they bring in,’” World Watch Monitor, September 14, 2017:

“I remember a Coptic Christian girl from a rich, well-known family in Minya. She was kidnapped by five Muslim men. They held her in a house, stripped her and filmed her naked. In the video, one of them also undressed. They threatened to make the video public if the girl wouldn’t marry him.”

‘G’, an Egyptian, admits he was in a network actively targeting Coptic girls for years before he left Islam; he says that the kidnapping of such girls is now at an all-time high. “Salafist networks began in the seventies and it’s reached its highest levels now, in the era of President Sisi… A group of kidnappers meets in a mosque to discuss potential victims. They keep a close eye on Christians’ houses and monitor everything that’s going on. On that basis, they weave a spider’s web around [the girls],” he says.

Strategies can be subtle. “A Muslim boy tells a Christian girl he loves her and wants to convert to Christianity for her,” ‘G’ explains. “They start a romantic relationship until one day they decide to ‘escape’ together. What the girls don’t know is that they are actually being kidnapped. Most of the time they will not marry their kidnapper, but someone else.”

Kidnapping of a minor

This summer there were two ‘kidnap’ incidents within two days.

Sixteen-year-old Marilyn was kidnapped through this ‘love’ tactic, as her family priest, Father Boutros Khalaf, explains, when we meet in their village, Balansora, Minya province, as her desperate parents cry nearby. “On Wednesday evening [28 June, 2017] at 5pm, Marilyn disappeared. Her mother searched everywhere but couldn’t find her. Some people told us that she had been kidnapped by a young man named Taha. He had taken her to a farm where he works,” says Fr Khalaf.

An Egyptian researcher, who wants to remain anonymous, confirmed to World Watch Monitor over the phone: “Marilyn was seduced by a recruit of a Salafi organisation. She was involved in a love affair; he was then able to convince her to run away with him. Marilyn isn’t 18 yet. So even if she had agreed to go with Taha, in our law this is clearly a case of kidnapping a minor.”

The day before, 15-year-old Neveen Adly Beshai Sawiris was pushed into a car with force by two men as she walked along a street in Cairo. Her 38-year-old kidnapper later confessed he had forged her papers to show her as an over-18 and married her.

He was charged with kidnapping a minor, forgery, and inciting sectarian strife.

Pressure to convert

‘G’, who knows the groups from the inside, says, “The kidnappers receive large amounts of money. Police can help them in different ways, and when they do, they might also receive a part of the financial reward the kidnappers are paid by the Islamisation organisations. In some cases, police provide the kidnappers with drugs they seize. The drugs are then given to the girls to weaken their resistance as they put them under pressure. I even know of cases in which police offered helped to beat up the girls to make them recite the Islamic creed.

“And the value of the reward increases whenever the girl has a position. For example, when she is the daughter of a priest or comes from a well-known family.”

Many girls are handed over to extremists, ‘G’ explains. “The Salafist group I knew rented apartments in different areas of Egypt to hide kidnapped Coptic girls,” he says. “There, they put them under pressure and threaten them to convert to Islam. And once they reach the legal age, a specially arranged Islamic representative comes in to make the conversion official, issue a certificate and accordingly they change their ID.”

Marilyn’s father, Medhat Saad Edward, shares: “I filed a report in two police stations, and I gave the names of the kidnappers and the place where they hid my daughter. But the police haven’t arrested them. They didn’t even get in touch with Taha’s brother, who lives in the village and is in touch with Taha.”

“If all goes to plan, the girls are also forced into marriage with a strict Muslim. Their husbands don’t love them, they just marry her to make her a Muslim. She will be hit and humiliated. And if she tries to escape, or convert back to her original religion, she will be killed.”

Meanwhile, a Muslim girl kidnapped for ransom in Balansora around the same time was followed by the police and released in 24 hours.

“Kidnappers of Christian girls rarely get arrested or brought to the prosecution,” says ‘G’. “For instance, the police don’t report it as a kidnap but say the girl ‘went missing’. This way they cover up the crimes of those they see as their ‘Muslim brothers’.”…

Few things are more abundantly attested in Islamic law than the permissibility of child marriage. Islamic tradition records that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).

Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).

Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old.

Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this unto today. And so in April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.

Likewise the influential website Islamonline.com in December 2010 justified child marriage by invoking not only Muhammad’s example, but the Qur’an as well:

The Noble Qur’an has also mentioned the waiting period [i.e. for a divorced wife to remarry] for the wife who has not yet menstruated, saying: “And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women, if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated” [Qur’an 65:4]. Since this is not negated later, we can take from this verse that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a prepubescent girl. The Qur’an is not like the books of jurisprudence which mention what the implications of things are, even if they are prohibited. It is true that the prophet entered into a marriage contract with A’isha when she was six years old, however he did not have sex with her until she was nine years old, according to al-Bukhari.

Other countries make Muhammad’s example the basis of their laws regarding the legal marriageable age for girls. Article 1041 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran states that girls can be engaged before the age of nine, and married at nine: “Marriage before puberty (nine full lunar years for girls) is prohibited. Marriage contracted before reaching puberty with the permission of the guardian is valid provided that the interests of the ward are duly observed.”

According to Amir Taheri in The Spirit of Allah: Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution (pp. 90-91), Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini himself married a ten-year-old girl when he was twenty-eight. Khomeini called marriage to a prepubescent girl “a divine blessing,” and advised the faithful to give their own daughters away accordingly: “Do your best to ensure that your daughters do not see their first blood in your house.” When he took power in Iran, he lowered the legal marriageable age of girls to nine, in accord with Muhammad’s example.

“Global kid bride racket goes bust in Hyderabad, 8 sheikhs in net,” by Aditi Mallick, TNN, September 21, 2017 (thanks to Lookmann):

HYDERABAD: An international child bride racket was busted in the city with the arrest of 20 people, including five Omani sheikhs, three Qataris and three qazis -the kingpin being a chief qazi of Mumbai, Farid Ahmed Khan, who brokered illegal contracts with forged nikahnamas. Twelve minors were freed from the clutches of sheikhs from the city late on Tuesday.

The crackdown followed a spate of child marriages in Old City and a tip-off from a reluctant 16-year-old girl, who was interviewed by a 50-year-old sheikh for marriage. This led police to four lodges in the city, which turned out to be den of human trafficking. An Omani sheikh was caught red-handed, while he was about to wed a teenage girl on Tuesday night. Five local middlemen and four hotel owners were also arrested. The accused were identified as Al Mayahi Habib Ali Issa, Al Salhi Talib Humeid Ali, Al Ubaidani Juma Shinoon Sulaima, Al Salehi Nasser Khalifa Hamed and Al Qasimi Hassan Mazaaul Mohamed from Oman, Omer Mohammed Seraj Abdal Rahman, Hamad Jabir O Al-Kuwari and Safeldin Mohamed Mohamednour Salih from Qatar. Mumbai-based qazi Farid Ahmed Khan would charge Rs 70,000 for providing forged nikahnamas and other certificates to brokers. The 63-year-old, Hyderabad police claimed, was the kingpin and played an important role in the international human trafficking racket.

Hyderabad police, in a joint operation with their Mumbai counterparts, arrested, a chief qazi+ . On interrogation, he confessed to have provided fake marriage certificates to clients from all over the country and charges money according to the sheikh’s profile.

Investigating the case of 16-year-old child bride Rukhsar, who was married to a 65year-old sheikh, police discovered that her marriage certificate was issued in Mumbai.

“Usually after the marriage, the couple need to seek permission from the state minority department, where the marriage was performed, to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) so that the women can get their visa easily. However, in this case, we found that the certificate was issued in Mumbai,” deputy commissioner of police (DCP), south zone, V Satyanarayana said.

After talking to the girl’s family, police learnt that the marriage was performed at Pahadisharif dargah on May 16.

With the lead from the marriage certificate, Hyderabad police sent a special team, comprising an inspector and a sub-inspector along with two police constables to Mumbai, two days ago.

“We located his office at Bhendi Bazaar in Mumbai. We got information that he had conducted several marriages by forging documents,” inspector Khader Jilani, who went to Mumbai, said.

With the help of their Mumbai counterparts, the Hyderabad police raided the office of the qazi and found that he not only provided fake marriage documents, but also had several rubber stamps to forge documents required to go to Gulf countries On the other hand, Farid Ahmed Khan’s family refutes the allegations….

Muslims condemn ‘Islamophobic’ posters warning about Muslim rape gangs

The BNP is or at least was an avowedly race-based party, and “alt-right,” when it has any substance at all and isn’t just an establishment media smear term, generally refers to racist and anti-Semitic views. These are not views I support; I’ve always maintained that opposition to jihad terror and Sharia oppression is not a racial issue, despite establishment media and Islamic supremacist claims that such opposition is “racist.”

But all that is really beside the point here. It is a manifest fact that the rape gangs were Muslim, and that British authorities feared to do anything about them for fear of being seen as “racist.” 1,400 British non-Muslim children were gang-raped and brutalized by Muslims in Rotherham, and “several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought as racist; others remembered clear direction from their managers not to do so.”

The Muslims in Worcester, if they actually oppose the Muslim rape gangs, should acknowledge the fact that these gangs were operating on Islamic principles, and work to reform them, instead of denouncing these posters as “Islamophobic.” The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30).

But for the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association to acknowledge that would mean rejecting Qur’anic dictates, and it is never going to do that.

“Muslims condemn ‘divisive’ Islamophobic posters plastered across Worcester by far-right British Renaissance Policy Institute,” by Matthew Dresch, Worcester News, September 2, 2017 (thanks to Winds of Jihad):

A FAR-right group has claimed responsibility for putting up “hate crime” posters in the city, linking Muslims with child grooming gangs.

Police are treating the posters as a hate crime and the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association has condemned the posters.

They say the ‘mischievous’ posters are aimed at dividing a peaceful community in Worcester.

The association says the posters have been plastered across the city centre over the last two weeks.

The posters say: Protect Children … Fight Grooming Gangs (which is written in Arabic typography).

The right-wing British Renaissance Policy Institute (BRPI) said its members were responsible for the poster campaign.

Jack Sen, the founder of the BRPI, said: “I am pleased my men have taken the initiative to do something on their own.

“The British Renaissance Worcester branch are the ones putting up the signs in Worcester. We have 25 members in Worcester.

“We had a meeting in Worcester two-and-a-half months ago and encouraged them to protest peacefully and legally.

“We gave them different ideas. We don’t want them to go into the streets…and behave like a terrorist organisation and cause trouble.

“We have to do it in an aggressive but legal manner. Those [posters] I’m assuming are the leftovers from the British National Party (BNP). [Nick] Griffin had nothing to do with it, he’s not involved in any way.”

Mr Sen, aged 40, who affiliates himself with the American ‘alt-right’, grew up in Malvern and previously stood as a UKIP parliamentary candidate in West Lancashire before he was suspended and joined the BNP.

He also lived in America for 16 years and said he was recently involved in the Charlottesville protests….

Mohammed Iqbal, general secretary of the Worcester Muslim Welfare Association, condemned the posters, which have appeared ahead of the Eid al-Adha celebrations.

He said: “The aim of these posters and using symbols associated with our religion is pure mischievousness and nothing more than to create division between our peace loving community of Worcester.
