South Carolina man converts to Islam, plants explosives all over Anderson County

Yet another convert to Islam gets the idea that his new religion commands him to commit treason and mass murder. Despite the fact that this is a frequently occurring phenomenon, authorities have nowhere shown the slightest degree of interest in studying it.

Wesley Dallas Ayers, 27.

“Anderson man, who warned of jihad, sentenced to 30 years for using homemade explosives,” by Daniel J. Gross, Anderson Independent Mail, February 8, 2019:

An Anderson man who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State has been sentenced for using weapons of mass destruction after authorities found several homemade explosive devices around Anderson County.

Wesley Dallas Ayers, 27, was sentenced to more than 30 years in federal prison and five years of supervised release after previously pleading guilty, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Ayers admitted that he constructed and placed three explosive devices in various parts of Anderson County between Jan. 24, 2018 and Feb. 24, 2018, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Ayers pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in letters and warned of a jihad, according to investigators’ testimony in a federal court hearing before he pleaded guilty.

One of the devices, placed at the intersection of Travis and Martin roads in Anderson County, detonated and injured one person, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The other two devices were located and intercepted by law enforcement before they caused any harm.

Three hoax devices were also placed around Anderson County that resembled explosives but were not. In some devices, Ayers left notes indicating that more powerful devices were to come, according to the statement.

His arrest came after a month-long investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office and various other law enforcement agencies.

Authorities searched Ayers’ property that showed items consistent with the manufacturing of explosive devices.

Las Vegas: Muslim migrant builds bombs intended for jihad massacre in Mexico

Refugees welcome! Celebrate diversity! Diversity is our strength!

“REVEALED: Iraqi refugee who planned to carry out terror attacks with bombs he built in Las Vegas was caught in elaborate FBI sting teaching agents to make IEDs with skills he learned in Iraq,” by Ryan Parry, Dailymail.com, October 30, 2018:

An Iraqi refugee living in the US built two homemade bombs in a Las Vegas condominium which he planned to use in a deadly terror attack, DailyMail.com can reveal.

But Ahmad Suhad Ahmad was thwarted by the FBI because the bureau had set up the whole thing as an elaborate sting operation, according to bombshell court documents.

Ahmad is accused of showing undercover FBI agents how to connect the blasting caps and where to place the C-4 on the bombs – intended to hit a target in Mexico.

According to the paperwork filed at the US District Court in Tuscon, Arizona, Ahmad, is also accused of teaching ‘the making and use of an explosive, destructive device, or weapon of mass destruction’, to another person between March and April, 2017.

He allegedly provided an undercover FBI operative with homemade bomb recipes and taught them how to construct ‘remote-detonating bombs’.

Ahmad told a confidential FBI source how to detonate a bomb using a cell phone with a removable battery – a trick he said he learned during the war in Iraq, the papers allege.

‘Ahmad said the bombs were easy to make,’ it states.

FBI operatives say they met with Ahmad at his apartment in Tucson and asked him to show them how to make a car bomb to hit a target in Mexico – to which Ahmad agreed.

During April 4 and April 26, 2017 Ahmad met on numerous occasions with multiple undercover FBI agents in Tucson to discuss the plans for building the bomb.

DailyMail.com has exclusively obtained the court documents and learned that Ahmad was arrested at his home in Tucson on Monday in an FBI swoop….

‘On April 13, 2017 Ahmad showed CS3 (Confidential Source 3) homemade bomb instructions on his cell phone and promised to translate them,’ the paperwork states. Ahmad then met CS3 three days later in his car outside an apartment complex in Tucson.

‘Ahmad explained some of the equipment he would need to build the bomb and that he had been studying up on how to build the explosive,’ the papers state. ‘Ahmad sent CS3 a text message with a bomb recipe written in Arabic.

‘The recipe consisted of a multi-step process to make a landmine or improvised explosive device (IED).’…

On his Facebook he posted a photo of himself with three children, with the graphic, ‘I stand with Refugees’. A hearing in Ahmad’s case is expected to take place Wednesday at the US District Court in Tucson….

South Korea: Five Muslim Islamic State sympathizers arrested with bomb-making material

This comes just after an Islamic State group threatened to blow up a store in Seoul.

“Lebanese Daesh supporters busted with bomb material in South Korea,” Al-Bawaba, October 27, 2015 (thanks to Lookmann):

Five Lebanese “ISIS sympathizers” were arrested in South Korea after being caught trying to smuggle bomb-making material to their native homeland, Seoul’s state-run Yonhap news agency said.

The agency reported late Monday that the five were detained after trying to smuggle ammonium nitrate, which is used to manufacture bombs. It did not specify where they were arrested.

MP Lee Cheol-woo told Korea’s MBC radio that the five unnamed suspects are expected to be deported to Lebanon after investigations are conducted.

Afghanistan: Muslim Jihadis Slaughter 44, Injure Hundreds in Wave of Bombings

Once the U.S. troops are entirely gone or reduced to an insignificant symbolic presence, how long do you think the Kabul government will last before it is toppled and the Taliban is back in power? Months? Weeks? Days?

The entire U.S. incursion into Afghanistan has been wrongheaded, mismanaged, goalless, rudderless, and monstrously wasteful.

“44 dead, hundreds wounded in lethal wave of Kabul bombings,” AFP, August 8, 2015 (thanks to Lookmann):

Kabul: Eight more fatalities were confirmed on Saturday from a barrage of bombings in Kabul, taking the toll to 44 in the deadliest day in the Afghan capital since the NATO combat mission ended in December.

The explosions, which devastated buildings and overwhelmed hospitals with hundreds of casualties, yesterday were the first major militant assaults on Kabul since the announcement of Taliban leader Mullah Omar’s death.

In the first attack, a powerful truck bomb tore through the centre of Kabul just after midnight yesterday, killing 15 civilians and wounding 240 others.

The Taliban distanced themselves from the bombing which struck near a Kabul military base — as they usually do in attacks that result in a large number of civilian casualties.

Less than 24 hours later, at least 20 people were killed when a suicide attacker dressed in police uniform blew himself up at the entrance of Kabul Police Academy.

The Taliban were quick to claim responsibility for that attack, which marked a serious breach of security at a premier training institute for Afghan security forces.

Explosions and gunfire also erupted when Camp Integrity, a US special forces base in Kabul, came under attack late yesterday, killing nine people.

“One Resolute Support (NATO) service member and eight Resolute Support contracted civilians were killed,” a NATO statement said without revealing their nationalities.

Military jets were heard flying over the centre of Kabul shortly after the Camp Integrity explosions.

The carnage underscored the volatile security situation in Afghanistan amid a faltering peace process with the Taliban as Afghan forces face their first summer fighting season without full NATO support….
