Swedish government commissions, then withdraws under pressure, leaflet approving of child marriage

Why would the Swedish government issue this leaflet in the first place? Because child marriage is approved in Islam, and the Swedish government knows who the new masters of Sweden are.

“Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this” — Ishaq Akintola, professor of Islamic Eschatology and Director of Muslim Rights Concern, Nigeria

“There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law.” — Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-‘Ubeidi, Iraqi expert on Islamic law

There is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” — Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, prominent cleric and member of Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council

“Islam does not forbid marriage of young children.” — Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology

Hadiths that Muslims consider authentic record that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).

Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).

Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old.

Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this unto today. And so in April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.

Likewise the influential website Islamonline.com in December 2010 justified child marriage by invoking not only Muhammad’s example, but the Qur’an as well:

The Noble Qur’an has also mentioned the waiting period [i.e. for a divorced wife to remarry] for the wife who has not yet menstruated, saying: “And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women, if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated” [Qur’an 65:4]. Since this is not negated later, we can take from this verse that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a prepubescent girl. The Qur’an is not like the books of jurisprudence which mention what the implications of things are, even if they are prohibited. It is true that the prophet entered into a marriage contract with A’isha when she was six years old, however he did not have sex with her until she was nine years old, according to al-Bukhari.

Other countries make Muhammad’s example the basis of their laws regarding the legal marriageable age for girls. Article 1041 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran states that girls can be engaged before the age of nine, and married at nine: “Marriage before puberty (nine full lunar years for girls) is prohibited. Marriage contracted before reaching puberty with the permission of the guardian is valid provided that the interests of the ward are duly observed.”

According to Amir Taheri in The Spirit of Allah: Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution (pp. 90-91), Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini himself married a ten-year-old girl when he was twenty-eight. Khomeini called marriage to a prepubescent girl “a divine blessing,” and advised the faithful to give their own daughters away accordingly: “Do your best to ensure that your daughters do not see their first blood in your house.” When he took power in Iran, he lowered the legal marriageable age of girls to nine, in accord with Muhammad’s example.

“The National Board of Social Affairs withdraws ‘pedophile leaflet’ – was commissioned by the government,” translated from “Socialstyrelsen drar tillbaka ‘pedofilfolder’ – togs fram på uppdrag av regeringen,” Fria Tider, March 29, 2018 (thanks to Denny):

Domestic. After the morning’s quick and very powerful reactions to the National Board of Health’s new folder “Information for you who is married to a child,” the authority now withdraws the information sheet, which in social media has been accused of being a brochure for pedophiles.

It was on Thursday morning that it was discovered that the National Board of Health and Welfare published a leaflet entitled “Adapting to adults who are married to a child”.

The folder states, among other things, that it is “inappropriate for you to live together if the child is under 15 years” because it is forbidden to have sex with children under 15 in Sweden.

Nowhere in the text is there anything about prison.

In the magazine you can also read that “The Social Service may suggest that you do not live together for a shorter or longer period.”

The National Board of Health and Welfare also writes in the magazine that: “Both the Social Service and the Migration Board will work to give the child the opportunity to express his or her own opinion, where to live and how it wants it.”

“The illustrations are insensitive, it might have been suitable for information about school start or something else neutral,” says journalist Sakine Madon to SVT, pointing out that formulations like being “inappropriate if you live together” are far too soft, because child marriage is such a serious phenomenon.

After very strong reactions, the National Board of Health has decided to withdraw the material.

“The material has raised strong reactions and many views. We pull back the material and look over it, “said Petra Rinman, Unit Manager for Knowledge Center for Single Children, in a press release.

According to the National Board of Health and Welfare, the material has been developed within the framework of a government assignment to develop and disseminate information to children who are declared married, spouses, parents and other related persons with information about current laws and practice in Sweden.

The material is said to have been developed based on existing legislation.

“Sweden does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to be married in this country. However, according to current legislation, the main rule is that a marriage valid under the law of the country in which it is concluded is to be recognized in civil law in Sweden. New legislation is currently being prepared by the government, “said Pär Ödman, Chief Legal Officer of the National Board of Health.

The proposed preparation proposes “additional restrictions” for child marriages, the National Board of Health and Welfare writes. However, not a total ban.

In social media, many responded vigorously to the folder, and claimed, among other things, that it is a brochure for pedophiles….

Journalist: The Swedish government has betrayed its girls and women in appeasing Muslim migrants

“The study shows that more than 95 percent of assault violence in Sweden is committed by men of foreign descent.”

And yet instead of naming and prosecuting these men, Swedish authorities devote their efforts to covering this up. The Swedish government has betrayed its people. Yet the people for the most part don’t yet seem to have noticed.

Katerina Janouch

“The state should be sentenced for violation of the Istanbul Convention: A betrayal of Sweden’s girls and women,” translated from “Staten bör ställas till svars för brott mot Istanbulkonventionen: Ett svek mot Sveriges flickor och kvinnor,” by Katerina Janouch, February 25, 2018:

The Swedish state violates the Istanbul Convention, which Sweden signed in 2011, and which came into force in 2014. According to the Istanbul Convention (Article 5.2.), States that accede to the Convention have a responsibility to take the necessary legislative and other measures to prevent, investigate, punish and prosecute violent acts covered by the Convention and committed by non-state actors. As it is now, this does not happen in Sweden. Instead, the sharp increase in crime and sexual offenses causes enormous suffering for the country’s girls and women, and threatens the entire life and health of the Swedish population. Additionally, honor-related violence is increasing. Sweden has failed to protect those whom they undertook to protect. Therefore, they must be held responsible.

“Migrants threaten European women’s rights.” The statement is from the Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, as Slovakia recently refused to sign the Istanbul Convention, which is a legally binding regional instrument on violence against women in Europe. The reason that Slovakia — together with Bulgaria — chooses not to sign the Convention is believed to be regarded as that it is too influenced by appeals that contradict the countries’ more conservative views on, for example, marriage. “All violence against women is unacceptable and has no place in our society,” said Fico. He added that the defense of women’s rights is “particularly important at a time when migrants constitute an increasing part of Europe’s population” and “hold the view of the woman as a ‘submissive creature.’”

Fico’s statement is interesting in several different ways. It also sheds light on Sweden’s so-called feminist government — which signed the Istanbul Convention on the same day it became available for signing — in 2011. In 2014, the convention came into force in Sweden.

So let’s see what the convention means — and whether it is followed in Sweden. The official name of the Istanbul Convention is the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention and Control of Violence against Women and Violence at Home.

* The Convention condemns all forms of violence and describes violence against women as an expression of historically unequal power relations between women and men.

* It establishes that violence against women is gender-related at the structural level. The convention states that women and girls risk being exposed to gender-related violence and domestic violence to a greater extent than men.

* Prevention of violence against women is described as crucial in order to achieve equality between women and men.

* According to the Istanbul Convention (Article 5.2.), States that accede to the Convention have a responsibility to take the necessary legislative and other measures to prevent, investigate, punish and prosecute acts of violence covered by the Convention committed by non-state actors.

Does this really happen in Sweden? Or are these just some nice words in line with others that are not actually enforced?

* The Istanbul Convention contains both civil and criminal law provisions. Among other things, the states that accede to the Convention agree to criminalize psychological violence (Article 33), stalking (Article 34), physical violence (Article 35), sexual violence, including rape (Article 36), forced marriages (Article 37), genital mutilation (Article 38) and forced abortion and forced sterilization (Article 39).

This is not how the situation actually looks today in Sweden. In our country of the fine feminist government, threats, persecution, victims, harassment, rape and killing of women are threatened on a daily basis. Many perpetrators that are convicted are given ridiculously light punishment. Girls who are harassed at school often get moved, while the perpetrators remain. Girls are beaten and injured in the home. Women are threatened, harassed and injured by both close relatives, but also by strangers, in an increasing number of cases of assault violence. However, states that accede to the Convention are supposed to adopt and implement, at a national level, an effective, comprehensive and coordinated policy to prevent and combat all forms of violence against women and domestic violence (Article 7). The work of NGOs and civil society must be acknowledged, encouraged and supported (Article 9). States shall designate or establish public bodies responsible for coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating policies and measures to prevent and combat violence (Article 10). The States will also regularly collect statistics and support research (Article 11).

But here is what is happening in Sweden. Swedish authorities, with BRÅ at the forefront, refuse to collect statistics about those who commit sexual assault. They are blaming everything else possible, while police and lawyers and crime victims testify that violence originating from criminal immigrants is increasing. In Sweden, we have had group violence not only against girls and women, but also against boys, and sexual violence has become colder; it has even been described as “torture-like” on some occasions. A civilian study of the origin of offenders has, in the absence of another, been made by a private individual. The study shows that more than 95 percent of assault violence in Sweden is committed by men of foreign descent. But society does not take any of this into account. In this way, Sweden is in severe violation of the Istanbul Convention….

Woman Raped by Refugee Commits Suicide After Prosecutor Claims ‘Lack of Evidence’

A Swedish woman raped by a Muslim refugee from Syria earlier this year just committed suicide. Why?

Apparently, she was overcome by her rape — and by the fact the prosecutor ignored evidence and closed the case.

Angelica Wiktor

The Voice of Europe
has the story: The prosecutor cited a “lack of evidence” and failed to pursue the case properly.

A Swedish woman who was raped by a Syrian refugee in March this year has committed suicide. The horrible news was made public by Swedish investigative journalist Joakim Magnus Lamotte.

The woman chose to end her life by overdosing on her medication; she felt devastated in aftermath of her violent rape and the failure to prosecute the perpetrator exacerbated her sense of low worth. She was raped in her own apartment during the evening and according to involved Swedish investigative journalist Lamotte she reportedly told police:

“Her neighbour, Adnan, together with his friend Samir [not their real names], came to her apartment late one evening in spring. Because Angelica had taken sleeping pills, she is unsure about the exact timing, but she remembers Adnan pushing her into the bedroom, using violence to force her on her bed and holding her down and raping her. The experience is extra painful because Angelica has inserted a tampon, that is now pushed so far inside of her, that she can’t get it out normally the next day. While she is being raped, Samir is somewhere in the apartment.“ [sic]

Lamotte’s investigative reporting shows that the police and the prosecutor in making their decision ignored some of the evidence. For example, there were opportunities to analyse the DNA in the woman’s apartment and in addition she had ‘assault related bruises’.

During the police interrogation Samir even admitted that he and Adnan were in Angelica’s apartment; however the prosecutor in Sweden chose to close the case citing a “lack of evidence”.

Christian Sweden issues stamp featuring a mosque!

“Postnord launches stamp with mosque,” translated from “Postnord lanserar frimärke med moské,” Fria Tider, October 21, 2017 (thanks to Vikram):

Domestic. Postnord launches five new stamps with different motifs. One of the stamps represents a mosque, writes Social News.

It was at the end of August that Postnord launched five new stamps with the motif of the artist and the watermark of Lars Lerin.

One of the stamps represents a large Muslim mosque. Another represents something similar to one of the suburbs of the country.

“As more greetings are sent electronically, a greeting in the mailbox becomes increasingly exclusive and many choose stamp motifs carefully. Therefore, it is fun to be able to offer contemporary art in miniature format to all letter-writers in the country, “says Britt-Inger Hahne, Chief Postnord Stamps.

Lars Lerin is presented as one of Sweden’s most beloved artists, and the motives have been chosen in collaboration with him and designed by Gustav Mårtensson.

“Stamps play an important role in everybody’s everyday life. For example, in the summer, Swedes stated that they intended to send 20 million holiday greetings with postcards or letters. It is also the most appreciated way of receiving greetings,” Postnord writes.

Postage stamps are also claimed to be more personal than an electronic greeting and “symbolize caring and someone’s time”.

The stamp with the mosque has great similarities to a watercolor from Lars Lerin, entitled “Mosque” and sold a few years ago at Stockholm’s auction house for SEK 370,000.…

Christian to be deported to Iran, told ‘it’s your problem you decided to become a Christian’

“An Iranian actress, who moved to Sweden after her conversion from Islam to Christianity” is being deported back to Iran.

Shame on Sweden. The country is already under siege from Islamic supremacists and jihadists because of its suicidal immigration policy. 80 percent of its police force wants to quit because of its dangerous work. Violent no go zones have expanded to include a mall and respectable business districts. The country is the rape capital of Europe. It has been deemed on the verge of civil war. But instead of deporting the real troublemakers, Sweden is turning its back on Aideen Strandsson, who possibly faces death for apostasy at the hands of Iranian regime if she is sent back.

Rather than receive from Swedish authorities the slightest sympathy and humanitarian assistance, Strandsson says she was told:

“It’s not our problem if you decided to become a Christian” even if the refusal of asylum results in rape, torture or death.

Aideen Strandsson

Oddly, Sweden has a reputation as “the world’s humanitarian conscience and a safe haven for refugees.” Sweden would apparently prefer to see its country continue to be decimated by the wrong kind of asylum seekers than extend a helping hand to this innocent Christian lady.

“Sweden Tells Iranian Christian Woman Fearing Deportation It’s Her ‘Problem She Decided to Become Christian’”,

by Anugrah Kumar , Christian Post, August 7, 2017:

An Iranian actress, who moved to Sweden after her conversion from Islam to Christianity following a vision of Jesus in her dream, is now facing deportation and has been told by Swedish authorities “it’s not our problem if you decided to become a Christian” even if the refusal of asylum results in rape, torture or death.

“They said to me it’s your personal life and it’s not our problem if you decided to become a Christian, and it’s your problem,” Christian Broadcasting Network quoted Aideen Strandsson as saying.

Strandsson traveled to Sweden in 2014 on a work visa, and has twice been denied asylum in that country. “It is really dangerous for me and I don’t know why immigration doesn’t believe that,” she said. “I’m really in danger.”

However, Swedish authorities do not seem to care. “Her case has been appealed and processed by the Migration Agency and thereafter by the Swedish courts, which have also decided that she cannot be granted asylum,” Swedish migration board official Ulrika Langels told CBN.

Swedish attorney Gabriel Donner pointed out, “The (Swedish) migration board information regarding Iranian prisons tell us that torture and rape is common and it is a breach of international law to subject any person to such treatment. Some of them are killed straight off, some of them succeed in going into hiding, some of them escape to another place, but you are putting them at risk.”

Strandsson’s Iranian passport has been taken away. Her first choice is to remain in Sweden, if possible, the actress said.

“I read the Bible and I understood what Jesus said about peace, about love, about kindness, and in my heart I became a Christian when I was in Iran,” she said earlier.

Sweden has otherwise been generous in granting asylum to others.

In April, a prominent pro-choice activist from El Salvador, Maria Teresa Rivera, became the first known person to be granted asylum for “abortion persecution” after Sweden agreed to provide her protection from “political persecution” in her country.

The Swedish Migration Agency officially granted Rivera and her 11-year-old son political asylum, agreeing it is “clear that this (political) persecution is rooted partly in her sex as female,” and “political opinions.”

Last year, Lund County administration in south Sweden said it was considering giving state-financed driving licenses and housing grants to those Swedish Islamic State fighters who had returned to the country after fighting for the terror group in Iraq and Syria, saying it would help them reintegrate into society.

Around 140 Swedish nationals had been identified as having returned to their home country after fighting for Islamic State, an al Qaeda offshoot also known as ISIS, ISIL or Daesh.

Severe persecution of Christians in Iran is common knowledge.

Iran is ranked eighth on Open Doors’ World Watch list of the world’s top 50 Christian-persecuting countries. The Islamic government in Iran persecutes Christians, particularly converts, on the belief that their religion is Western-influenced and a threat to the country’s Islamic identity.

Iranian authorities regularly raid and shut down house churches, imprisoning their leaders and torturing them. The government follows Sharia law, which calls for the death penalty for apostates……

86% of Muslim migrant ‘children’ are actually adults by Christine Douglas-Williams

86 percent of migrants in Sweden were discovered to be lying about their age, presenting themselves as children under 18, when they were in fact, adults. Many of these migrants committed rape, murder and other crimes:

In some cases, migrants who later turned out to be adults have even carried out murders in Swedish asylum homes meant for children….another migrant claiming to be a child stabbed and slashed a woman with a knife after she refused his sexual advances….In one case, an Ethiopian, who claimed to be 16-years-old, raped a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old whilst being fully aware that he was HIV positive.

Sweden is the poster country of failed immigration policy. It has failed abysmally to protect its citizens and its culture from barbarian incursion. Here is the “new” multicultural Sweden following its “generous” welcome of Muslim migrants: it is now on the brink of civil war, and its National Police Chief has called out, “HELP US, HELP US!” 80% of its police force want to quit; the country has been dubbed the rape capital of Europe; and violent crime is rampant in Muslim no-go zones, which police are so terrified to enter that they have turned their anger against Swedish citizenswho are calling for police help in these zones.

Western culture clearly needs to be defended and preserved against enemies, in accordance with Trump’s recent advice — in his speech in Warsaw — to fight terrorism as a clash of civilizations and to defend Western values “at any cost.”

“86 Per Cent of Recently Tested ‘Underage’ Migrants in Sweden Are Actually Adults”, by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, July 7, 2017:

The Swedish National Board of Forensic Medicine (RMV) has released new figures that show a majority of cases of disputed “underage” migrants are actually adults.

The RMV released figures this week after medically testing 1,481 migrants to determine whether or not they had lied about being under the age of 18. Of the total number, it was revealed that 1,215, or 86 per cent, of the individuals tested were adults.

The testing took place over a three-month period between March and June of this year and involved an MRI of the knee joint and an x-ray of wisdom teeth. The results were then examined by doctors who determined whether the migrants were adults or children.

Of all the migrants tested, only 49, or 3.3 per cent, were female (33 of which were found to be over 18). The figures show the overwhelming number of migrants that claim to be underage are either boys or men.

Since the height of the migrant crisis in 2015, the Swedish government has been plagued with cases of asylum seekers who claim to be underage to receive both preferential treatment and a better chance of claiming asylum.

In some cases, migrants who later turned out to be adults have even carried out murders in Swedish asylum homes meant for children. The most publicised case was the stabbing to death of asylum worker Alexandra Mezher last year.

In November 2015, another migrant claiming to be a child stabbed and slashed a woman with a knife after she refused his sexual advances.

The murders shocked Sweden and led to the call for, and eventual implementation of, medical checks to ensure migrants were the age they claim.

Underage migrants in Sweden have also been involved in a number of sex attacks in Swedish schools and music festivals. Earlier this year, Swedish journalist Joakim Lamotte claimed sex abuse by migrants was widespread in Swedish public schools and both victims and teachers were afraid to address the subject because of political correctness.

In one case, an Ethiopian, who claimed to be 16-years-old, raped a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old whilst being fully aware that he was HIV positive……

DANGER: Afghan Muslim migrants 79 times more likely to rape

New data from Sweden is a dire warning to women against voting for more refugees from Muslim countries.

New data from Sweden shows how immigration and refugees from Islamic countries puts especially women in danger.

92 percent of all severe rapes (violent rapes) are committed by migrants and refugees. 100 percent of all attack rapes (in which the victim and the attacker had no previous contact) are committed by that same group. In other words, thousands of Swedish women would not have been raped and thereby traumatized for life had it not been for the influx from Islamic countries.

The top-10 list of rapists’ national backgrounds shows only one non-Islamic country (Chile). Most rapists have an Iraqi background, followed by refugees and migrants from Afghanistan, Somalia, Eritrea, Syria, Gambia, Iran, Palestine, Chile and Kosovo.

When taking into account the number of people from the different nationalities in Sweden, Afghans are 79 times more likely to commit a sexual crime than men who are born of Swedish citizens.

Last year, Peter Springare, a Swedish police officer, broke the politically correct silence on the rape epidemic in liberal-feminist governed Sweden:

“Here is what I have been handling last week: rape, rape, severe rape, attack rape, extortion, extortion, violence, illegal threats, violence against the police, threats against the police, drug dealing, severe drug dealing, attempted murder, rape, extortion, and violence.”

Springare also published the criminals’ nationality:

“The criminals’ country of origin: Iraq, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia, Somalia, Syria, Somalia, unknown country, unknown country, Sweden. With half of the suspects we do not know the country of origin because they have no valid papers. This usually means that they are lying about their nationality and identity.”

Other Western European countries are experiencing similar challenges to women’s security. Since Denmark caved to UN pressure in 2015 and started taking in thousands of asylum seekers from Islamic countries, rapes soared 163 percent in just one year.

On New Year’s Eve 2015, thousands of sexual crimes were committed in Cologne, Germany and other major European cities by Muslim migrants and asylum seekers.

100 percent of attack rapes in Oslo are committed by foreign men, often asylum seekers. According to Norwegian police, the many rapes happen because the men are raised in a culture that promotes such behaviour:

IMMIGRANTS BEHIND 9 OF 10 SHOOTINGS IN SWEDEN

FriaTider, May 20, 2017 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Domestic.Young men with immigrant background are behind almost all murder and assassination attempts by firearms. It shows a recent survey from DN. Most of them originate in the Middle East and North Africa. Not one is Finns, although it is a large immigrant group in Sweden.

The DN survey includes 53 sentenced and 47 suspects in investigations regarding general shooting since 2013.

Most are born in the 90’s and many live at home with their parents. The use of cannabis is common.

Out of 100 people involved in assassination and murder attempts where firearms were used, 90 people have at least one foreign-born parent, according to DN’s review.

One possible explanation is “variations over time in the part of the population who have a foreign background”, writes DN.

The vast majority of men, around 80 percent, have their roots in the Middle East and northern Africa. Most come from Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Turkey, Somalia and Eritrea.

Latin Americans only occur in three of the cases, people from the Balkans in five and Finns are not in anything, DN points out.

The newspaper explains the extreme overrepresentation with the lack of jobs, for example, writes that less than 30 percent of adult Somalis have a job.

Only 40 percent of men can be linked to organized crime where there is money to earn.

The DN also points out that the darkness is large and that the review does not include casualties with suspects abducted from the investigation.

“It is a fact that the phenomenon of street violence and violence occurs in some areas, and most of those living there have been foreigners,” says sociologist Amir Rostami at Stockholm University to the newspaper.

Linda Staaf, Head of the National Operational Department’s Intelligence Unit, says that the review shows a failed integration in Sweden and that it is a larger social issue for more authorities than her to handle.

She believes that there has been a negative development of society in areas where many immigrants live, and that these areas are increasingly isolated from other Swedish society.

DN’s review also shows that most victims of shooting, both killed and injured, are foreign men.

Senior Citizen Prosecuted for ‘Hate’ for saying on Facebook She Saw Migrants Defecating in Streets, Setting Cars Ablaze

These countries are enforcing Islamic law (sharia), punishing their own people under Islam’s brutal speech laws. As I am oft quoted, “truth is the new hate speech.”

Breitbart, May 14, 2017:

A 70-YEAR-OLD SWEDISH WOMAN IN DALARNA IS BEING PROSECUTED FOR HATE SPEECH AFTER CLAIMING ON FACEBOOK SHE SAW MIGRANTS DEFECATING IN THE STREETS AND SETTING FIRE TO CARS.

According to the prosecution, the woman “expressed a disparaging view of refugees” on Facebook. She stands accused of having taken to the social media website in early July 2015 to make the “derogatory” post, alleging that migrants “set fire to cars, and urinate and defecate on the streets”.

Prosecutors in Sweden say the woman’s message violates the nation’s law on incitement to racial hatred (Hets mot folkgrupp, or HMF), a crime with carries a maximum penalty of four years.

Islam is not a race.

The accused admitted that she wrote the post but denied committing any criminal act. The evidence against her consists of a screenshot from Facebook, according to local media.

People took to Flashback, the net’s largest Swedish language forum, to criticise the state’s decision to prosecute the pensioner, with one poster lamenting the accused “has fallen into the clutches of the politically correct”.

A user with the screen name ‘Nospheratu’ pointed out that the original idea behind HMF was “to prevent large-scale propaganda by political parties” against demographic groups, with lawmakers “having 1930s Germany in mind” whilst passing laws. The user slammed the law for being used to “prosecute old ladies on the bus” criticising immigrants.

Another slammed Sweden for hypocrisy, accusing the nation’s media and politicians of condemning restrictions on freedom of speech and expression in other countries “while themselves engaging in the worst kinds of witch hunts of dissidents”.

Sweden’s Justice Minister Morgan Johansson cited freedom of speech when he rejected Gothenburg police chief Erik Nord’s suggestion that the country deports Islamic State-supporting migrants, after the Islamist terror attack in Stockholm last month.

“We have freedom of speech in Sweden. This means people have the right to hold repulsive opinions here,” said Johansson.
“But there are always limits… For example when it comes to hate speech,” added the minister, who called Nord’s policy suggestion “problematic”, and demanded the police chief “explain himself”.
